Become Your Kid’s Confidence Coach

What if your kids could feel confident?

One of the questions we get asked the most, is ”How can I help my kids have self-confidence?”

As parents we know how important confidence is. Statistics show that confident children are less likely to be bullied, or to become bullies. They’re less likely to engage in risky behaviors because of peer pressure AND they’re less likely to become depressed or harm themselves!

The stakes are high.

Confidence can protect your children from becoming a statistic! Actually, studies show that confident people receive more opportunities, build more relationships, feel happier, and just seem to navigate life better. And that’s why one behavioral scientist said that confidence is “how we create our own good luck.”

Parenting isn’t for cowards.

As a parent, there have been many times when I didn’t have confidence in myself or my parenting skills. And just when I thought I might be getting it mostly right, my kids entered another developmental stage, or I had another child with a totally different temperament. Whoever said “Parenting isn’t for cowards” is definitely right!

Fortunately, confidence is a life skill that each of us can build. Unfortunately, some of the methods we use to increase our children’s confidence actually do the opposite of what we intend!

Becoming a Confidence Coach is easier than you think.

That’s why I’ve created a Confidence Coaching Tool for parents.

In just a few minutes, and for the price of a cup of coffee, you can become your child’s Confidence Coach.

In the Confidence Coaching Tool, I’ll share three keys every parent needs to know, and three simple, research-based exercises that have been proven to increase confidence. Actually, one of the exercises has been shown to work in less than 2 minutes! Along with a short and powerful video lesson, you’ll get an Action Step Cheat Sheet to help you step right into the coaching role.

We know your life is busy and complicated enough, so we’ve made the Confidence Coaching Tool available in a free app so you take it with you wherever you go this summer.

Confidence is one of the greatest gifts we can give our children. Whatever age your children are, now is the perfect time to help them start building their confidence. As a matter of fact, you can use these exercises to build your own confidence!

I hope you’ll join me this summer and become your family’s Confidence Coach! I’m confident…you’ll be glad you did!
