Third Party Web Sites

This web site and/or the products and/or services offered herein may direct you to web sites that are owned and/or controlled by third parties. We have no control over those third parties and are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those sites or companies.

Commitment to Data Security

All information collected from you is stored in a technically and physically secure environment. We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, and we do everything we can to protect user information offline. Unfortunately, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of the information that you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

Secure Shopping

You can shop on our websites with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. See an online payments diagram to see how it works.

The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
  • Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
  • Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

For additional information regarding the privacy of your sensitive cardholder data, please read the Authorize.Net Privacy Policy.

Hendrix Coaching & Consulting, LLC is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.

Credit Card Processing

We have also partnered with Gumroad to sell you great digital products, physical products, and memberships securely and easily. When you buy something on Gumroad, on a secure browser:

  • Your payment is secured by TLS, a higher grade of security than SSL, with 128-bit encryption and using modern SHA2 cyphers.
  • Your payment is processed using PCI Compliant service providers. PCI Compliance means that our providers meet current security standards for handling payment information.
  • For a full FAQ on what PCI Compliance entails, check out this page.

Your payment details never get stored anywhere when you buy on Gumroad - we don't see your credit card information, we just see a token that represents your credit card. The same goes for your PayPal details. If you choose to save your credit card for future buying on Gumroad, these same PCI compliant providers keep your information safe, and encrypted.

We also partner with PayPal to create a safe, simple, and secure buying experience.

Postal Addresses

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information about new programs, services, products or upcoming events. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please contact us to let us know.
