How does text and email support work?

In addition to scheduled coaching calls, all Wild + Brave Coaching Membership include what we like to call Wild + Brave Roadside Assistance! Just like roadside assistance protects you when you are trying to get somewhere and encounter unexpected circumstances, having a Wild + Brave Coach provides you the on-demand help to deal with situations when they come up. Just text your coach and get emergency planning or processing support. For Business Coaching Memberships, your coach will challenge your thinking, brainstorm ideas, and help you with key situations like conflict resolution, teamwork roadblocks, and making the most of unexpected opportunities. In Life Coaching Memberships, get status check-ins, accountability and shared celebration, as well as help dealing with unexpected situations, conflict, or help communicating in tough situations.

How many sessions do I get every month?

Most of our clients speak to us 1-4 times a month. Simply choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly coaching as suits your current needs. Whether your goals for coaching are personal or professional, we’re here to help at the pace you want. Change the frequency of your sessions if your needs change, and discontinue when you've reached your goals. All coaching memberships include Text and Email Support throughout the month to help you keep on track, offer accountability, and keep communication open so your coach can offer you the best insights from shared thinking.

How about contracts or cancellation penalties?

There are no long commitments, no lengthy contracts. We come alongside you for as long as you need us, secured on a monthly membership. Since we set aside time to be thinking about you and strategizing on your behalf, we appreciate a few weeks' notice when you’re ready to wrap up your coaching. We will work together to maximize however long you are with us to serve your priorities. You may conclude your membership whenever you have met your goals and are ready to work the plan independent of your coach.
